This guy lands on his pole - that’s gotta hurt (and maybe do some damage!). Pole Vaulting seems to provide most of the humor in Track and Field.
This is why you should not answer your phone while working out in the gym. As with all of these type of videos, you wonder how he finished up - is he alright? That weight would give you a nasty bump on the head at least. There is also the possibility that this is a fake and a set up, thw weight does not seem very heavy when he holds it up in one hand. Anyway, it is pretty funny.
This is one that I hate to watch, and a warning to those who are a bit squeamish. OK, I have made you look, but you won’t do it again.
